Zoelia holds together what today lives in five separate tools: the channels, the calendar, guest messaging, check-in with identity documents, the mandatory filings and the keys to the flat. We are testing it on our first properties, in production, with real bookings.

• Keyless accessCodes and links created for each guest, valid only for their stay: Nuki, Shelly, SwitchBot, ISEO, Ring intercoms.
• Payments and city taxPayments, deposits and refunds, and the tourist tax worked out from the municipality’s own rules.
